Adding manual entries is simple with Giveaway Gator. Follow these steps to ensure the process is smooth and accurate:

Step 1: Open the Giveaway Gator App

1. Navigate to the Giveaway Gator app from your Shopify dashboard.
2. Search for Giveaway Gator and click to open it.

Step 2: Select the Promotion

1. In the app, find the promotion where you want to add manual entries.

2. Click on Manage to open its details.

   

Step 3: Access the Entries Section

1. Once inside the promotion, navigate to the Entries section.

   

2. Look for the Manual Entry button and click it.

   

Step 4: Input the Manual Entry Details

1. A form will appear for manual entry. Fill in the following fields:

   

   • Email Address: Enter the customer’s email address.
   • Reason: Provide a reason for the manual entry (e.g., “Bonus for special promotion” or “Correcting entry error”).
   • Number of Entries: Specify how many entries to add.

Step 5: Submit the Manual Entry

1. Double-check the information entered.
2. Click Add Entry to finalize the manual entry.
3. The manual entry will now appear in the Entries list for the selected promotion.
