How to Export Entries from Giveaway Gator

Exporting entries from Giveaway Gator is quick and straightforward. Follow these steps:

Step 1: Open Giveaway Gator

• Navigate to the Giveaway Gator app from your Shopify dashboard.
• Search for Giveaway Gator and open the app.

Step 2: Locate the Promotion

• Once in the app, you’ll see a list of all your promotions (both active and past).

• Find the promotion you want to export entries from and click Entries > View Entries.

  

  

Step 3: Export the Entries

• On the top right corner of your screen, look for the Export All Entries button.

• Click Export All Entries to generate CSV file.

  

Step 4: Access the Exported File

• The app will automatically generate and download a CSV file.
• The file includes:
  • Order number
  • Date created
  • Amount spent
  • Total number of entries
  • Log of items purchased
