How Are Entries Calculated?

    Determined by the dollar-per-entry setting (e.g., $1/entry).

Do Entries Update Automatically When an Order is Updated?

Yes! Anytime an order is updated (e.g., items, discounts, customer details), Giveaway Gator will automatically sync and recalculate the entries.


Does Giveaway Gator Work with Post-Purchase Upsells?

Absolutely! This is where the Order Multiplier shines. Any product added to an order through a post-purchase app will automatically trigger a quick recalculation of entries.


How Can Customers Check Their Entries?

You can easily create a self-service “Check Your Entries” page using our Entry Checker app block. Customers can search for their entries using their order number, phone number, or email address.
